Innovista Group provided critical Development Advisory, Due Diligence, Feasibility, and Financial Modelling Services for this high-profile project. Innovista’s deep understanding of market dynamics allowed them to guide the client through complex negotiations with the vendor.Despite initial enthusiasm for the project, Innovista identified that price expectations were not aligned with market realities.
Through careful analysis and strategic advice, Innovista recommended pulling out of the deal due to potential risks associated with proceeding at the vendor’s price point. This decision ultimately protected the client from significant financial exposure.In addition to mitigating risks, Innovista worked closely with Buchan Architects on a master plan concept and collaborated with key industry players to position Honestar Holdings favourably during the tender process.
